HOW IT WORKS?
Mount the panel using the L-Stye Mounting Bracket provided to maintain the proper angle to the sun.
Attach the Solar Panel to the mounting bracket using the clamps, bolts, washers and lock washers. We suggest you to lubricate all nuts and bolts to facilitate easy removal at later date.
Determine the installation site for the solar panel
1. Place the panel facing due south in the path of the sun.
2. The solar panel must be placed in an open area away from shade.
3. The solar panel should receive at least 6 hours of direct sunlight for a full charge.
Make sure control box is OFF. Feed the free end of the solar panel wires into the control box and attach them to the appropriate terminals on the control board. Improper installation of these wires will damage the opener’s control board.
